No my friend, it is good to drink max 3 different categorized drinks in a single day. If you are thinking of drinking 4 glasses instead of 1 glass to speed up the weight loss process, then please don’t do it. Excess of anything gives negative results. Try to drink only in limited quantity as mentioned above.

Can you lose weight with these drinks alone?

You should follow a proper diet along with the consumption of these drinks for weight loss and do at least 30 minutes of full body workout.  As we all know weight loss is an accumulative process, which means weight loss depends on 70% diet, 20% Exercises and 10% lifestyle changes.
