Seema before after Weight Loss


My name is Seema. I have lost a total of 28 kgs in the last one and half year. I weighed 90 kgs last year and my recent weight has come down to 62 kgs. My aim is to reach 60 kgs. I feel really happy and glad to lose 28 kgs. Well, I did try losing weight many times in the last 10 years but could not do it due to lack of determination and the correct way to follow it. But I followed the right path of losing weight in the past year through which my weight decreased slowly but steadily.

I am sharing all of my experiences and ways on this blog which have helped me to lose weight, such as my diet, exercises, weight loss food items, drinks, my success story and everything else. I hope that my experience helps you to see the correct path and you could lose weight as well.
