Ask me about Weight LossThis blog of mine has two main purposes. Firstly, my blog will keep me motivated and I won’t stop my journey in losing 30 kgs of weight. And secondly, this blog will help people like me, who want to lose weight and give them a direction. When I started losing weight, I searched a lot on Google but I couldn’t find any blog which showed a step by step way to lose weight.

There are many ideas, recipes and exercises online but they are all unorganized and random. There are thousands of small tips and ways online but no website shows the complete manner. Even I had a lot of questions and I wished that there was someone who has a personal weight loss experience and who has lost all the weight on his/ her own, to whom I could ask the questions. But I could not find any Indian blog and that is why I did a hit-and-trial on all things.

But if you have any questions, you can ask me. I am neither a dietician nor a naturopath but I will help you as much as I can with my experience.

You can write your questions in the comments section below. I will try to answer them all as soon as I can.

      Namaskar Mirza ji, From Few days, I am also trying to lose my 57 years old Mother’s weight by using same diet, So you can use that too.

          If you are also trying to lose weight, I suggest you to go with Healthy ways instead of quick options, that can affect your body negatively. I am doing it with 100% healthy way.

    Just saw your video…it was wonderful and informative.hope you make more videos soon.I just want to give a suggestion. ..if u can ..please include live videos of what you eat in a day….breakfast, lunch and dinner. ..mid time snacks …healthy meal prepations etc….it will be more helpful for us.

      Thanks Famitha, Yeah i am also thinking to make a detailed video about diet soon but that’s much time consuming. I remember, My diet article took around 15 days, for now you can view my diet here,

    Have u achieved ur goal of reducing 30 kgs now. After reduction also, are you following diet plan? If not, your weight increased or still maintaining the same?

      Hello Sudha,
      I lost 25 kg yet, still chasing my aim. Its taking time but i am happy as I am able to reduce weight after handling home and kids. But yeah, whenever i ditch my diet, i start gaining weight. I read somewhere that, 85% peoples get their weight again, if they don’t follow healthy lifestyle and diet. So i will continue with my healthy diet and lifestyle after getting on 60, so i can maintain my weight.

    Hello Seema,

    How are you ??. After reading your post i am really motivated to loose some weight… i am over weight since my teens , to be very specific after i started getting my periods.
    My weight kept on increasing every year and now i am 92 kgs. I am married since last 4.5 years and trying to have a baby.

    But due to my PCOD / PCOS it is getting even more worst along with the weight and thats y i want to reduce so much…. Please if you can help me if some tips or points it would be best if you can share your daily routine // food habits & any excersie if possible.

    Hi Seema Really inspired from your story what I feel the missing part is only determination but actually when I was reading your blog really inspired. I m feeding mother my younger daughter is 6 month old want to reduce wait because not feel good when I see myself in mirror please suggest with your experience
