This blog of mine has two main purposes. Firstly, my blog will keep me motivated and I won’t stop my journey in losing 30 kgs of weight. And secondly, this blog will help people like me, who want to lose weight and give them a direction. When I started losing weight, I searched a lot on Google but I couldn’t find any blog which showed a step by step way to lose weight.
There are many ideas, recipes and exercises online but they are all unorganized and random. There are thousands of small tips and ways online but no website shows the complete manner. Even I had a lot of questions and I wished that there was someone who has a personal weight loss experience and who has lost all the weight on his/ her own, to whom I could ask the questions. But I could not find any Indian blog and that is why I did a hit-and-trial on all things.
But if you have any questions, you can ask me. I am neither a dietician nor a naturopath but I will help you as much as I can with my experience.
