27 May Black Coffee for Weight Loss – When and How Much?

Hello friends, I am Seema and I have lost 28 kgs of weight in a 100% natural and healthy way. I am sharing my weight loss experience with you guys through these videos.
Around 1400 million cups of coffee are drunk each day globally. After water and tea, coffee is the most drunk beverage in the world.
Most of the people use coffee to keep themselves active; similar to how we use tea.
But did you know that most of the weight loss supplements have a coffee content in them, because it helps a lot in losing weight.
Well, one cup of black coffee contains only 2 calories. But if you drink one cup of black coffee half an hour or an hour ago before exercising then you can exercise more, and thus burn more calories.
The reason behind the same is high caffeine content of coffee. It increases your blood circulation. It gives energy to your muscles and relieves you from muscular pain. It increases your exercise performance by 11-12%, isn’t it an amazing thing?
Whenever I don’t feel like exercising, I drink one cup of black coffee, which gives you a sense of alertness in your body. It makes you feel the need to exercise and you do not get tired easily while exercising as well.
We have talked a number of times earlier about caffeine as well. Caffeine increases our metabolism, which helps our body to burn more calories and it has a direct impact on the fat burning in our body. According to a study, this increases your fat burning up to 10%.
But it also has some bad news. If you consume caffeine regularly then your body gets used to it and it does not show the same effect later. It actually varies from body to body.
We all know that green tea has caffeine as well, but coffee has 3 times more caffeine than green tea. So according to me, 1 cup of coffee is sufficient in a day for weight loss, and if you drink coffee regularly then a maximum of 2 cups of black coffee per day is sufficient.
And also because there are no shortages of weight loss drinks, which increase your metabolism and fat burning process. Instead of black coffee, you can consume garlic tea, ginger tea, cinnamon tea, and there are a plenty more. I have listed 40 such weight loss drinks on Here. All those drinks have their respective weight loss properties, so you should change your weight loss drinks every 10-15 days. You can use all the properties of each drink and in this manner, your body will not get used to it as well.
So use black coffee mindfully and increase your weight loss process.
And as I always say, just one drink or food will not help you to lose weight. You will have to follow a complete diet and regular exercise for that. Only then, drinks like black coffee can add benefits to it.
