My Weight – 83.5 kgs
Total Weight Loss Till today – 6.5 Kilo
Weight Loss in last 1 and half month – 1.5 Kilo
I have lost 1.5 kgs this time and I am so happy for it. But to lose weight this time has been a challenge for me. This time I have lost more weight in the last 5 days of this month. I still weighed 85 kgs till 10th July and I was really tensed about it. I was worried about what was happening and my weight wasn’t reducing even a bit, in spite of following the diet and day schedule accurately.
But…but my weight shows no signs of reduction! I was so sad and tensed and worried about what I would do about it. In spite of intense research and exercise, there wre only 5 days left for the month to end and I did not lose even a little bit of weight. I conducted a google-search about it.
“I got to know that after losing a certain amount of weight through a particular diet and exercise schedule, your weight seems to be stable. You need to change the diet plan and exercise schedule that you have been following in order to lose weight again, which might help it isn’t necessary that you would definitely lose weight again.”
It is possible that you might not be able to lose weight within a month or more. It is also possible that it will take lesser time, or maybe you might not have to face this situation at all. It all depends on your body, environment, diet, etc.
I have been following this diet since a month:
- 5.30 am – Lukewarm water
- 7.00 am – Cumin tea (Jeera chay)
- 9.30 am – Bottle gourd juice
- 12.00 pm – 1 chapatti + 1 glass butter milk
- 4.00 pm – 1 chapatti
- 5.30 pm – Green tea
- 6.30 pm – 2 biscuits (fat free)
- 8.30 pm – 1 chapatti

The fact that I lost all the weight in the last 5 days does not means that it the result of only those 5 days; but the hard work given during the whole one month led me to lose this much amount of weight. The hard work that you put in reduces your weight at one time and reduces your obesity at the other time. Now you must be thinking about what I am talking about since weight and obesity is one and the same thing. But no, there is a difference between them. Weight refers to the body heaviness of your body and obesity refers to the girth of your body. Sometimes you tend to lose weight, and at the other time, inches. That is known as weight loss plateau.
That is the difference. Between weight and obesity. There were some visual change in my body but my weight was stable and did not reduce. But as soon as the limit was crossed, there was a noticeable difference in my weight.
That is the reason I have been saying that even though the weight reduction showed in the last 5 days, it is the result of the hard work put in during the entire month. But now the time has arrived when I will have to make some changes in my diet plan so that I can continue to lose more weight.
I will be making the following changes in my diet for the next 15 days.
- 5.30 am – Lukewarm water
- 6.00 am – 1 small spoon of wet fenugreek seeds
- 7.00 am – 1 cup cumin tea
- 9.30 am – Bottle gourd juice
- 10.00 am – Oats + 5 almonds
- 1.00 pm – 1 chapatti + 1 glass butter milk
- 4.00 pm – 1 chapatti
- 5.30 pm – Green tea
- 6.30 pm – 2 biscuits (fat free)
- 8.30 pm – 1 chapatti
