My weight– 87 kgs
Total Weight Loss – 3 Kilo

10 May 2016- The next 17 days are completed today following the same diet plan and exercise schedule. Out of these 17 days, I followed my morning walk routine for 14 days, exercised for 14 days and followed 85% of my diet plan. I weighed myself today. I lost another 2 kgs in the next 17 days! I was so happy that it had no limits!

So I lost a total of 3 kgs in the last month and I weigh 87 kgs now! Wowww!

This means that this diet plan and exercise schedule works and I have finally found the right path. That is the reason I have lost this much weight continuously. Now I truly think that I have got my first success. My husband was happy for me to lose this much weight but he felt that skipping some important things out of your diet is not right.

 

I found out in the past 5 months that

Without proper diet it is impossible to lose weight. Only exercises or morning walk won’t help you lose weight. Diet holds 70% of the efforts in losing weight.

Well this is just the beginning, and this has yet to go a long way. Everybody starts at a point but the real success lies in achieving the target.
In the last month I learned that following a similar diet on and on leads to boredom and monotony, which leads to craving of delicious food. You should keep changing your diet plan. This has 2 advantages:

  1. You get to taste different food now and then which will keep the boredom away and help you maintain the enthusiasm.
  2. And we gain different nutrients which completes our diet.
