Who should not drink mint tea?

Doctors suggest that the pregnant women who are carrying a baby must not drink mint tea. However, small amounts of peppermint tea can be beneficial for them, but a large amount can create serious complications including miscarriage. Breastfeeding moms and children must also avoid mint as it can cause breathing problems in kids. Doctors also advise men not to consume mint in high amounts because it is related to the erectile dysfunction. Therefore, avoid too much of mint intake to stay healthy.
