25 May 2016- One more kg lost and now I weigh 86 kgs :)

My weight– 86 kgs
Total Weight lost– 4 kgs

Today I have completed 15 days following the same diet and exercise plan and I weighed myself today. I have lost yet another kilogram but instead I should have lost around 2 or 3 kgs. But in the past 15 days I have realized that when you keep on following the same schedule, you get bored and ultimately stop doing it. This will result in no success and hence no result. I experienced the same thing; I ate the same thing every day and I performed the same exercises every day. I got bored and thus I skipped a lot of things.

I have got guests at my place due to which I am unable to follow my diet plan and exercise schedule properly. But something or the other will turn up now and then and this will go on and on. You might expect guests sometimes or plan a trip with your family. But this should not affect your weight loss program. I have to increase my will power and promise to myself that nothing is going to come on my way until I achieve my target.

Now I am thinking to change my diet plan time and again so that I do not get bored, with materials which are easily available in the kitchen so that without any expense I can easily lose weight. Simultaneously, I will have to take care about the taste of the recipes I create. If we prepare delicious meals, we can relish them with ease and savor and would also want to eat them again and again.


The most important thing to take into note is that I should not cross the calorie count through whatever I eat. I should consume only that much amount of calories which is required by my body otherwise all my hard work will go to waste…

The guests at my place are going to leave after a stay of 11 days, i.e. on 29th May and I have to go on a trip for 12 days, i.e. on 2nd June. I will try to follow the diet during that period which is definitely not going to stay active but I am praying to God to give me the energy and will power to not hog on food when I am out. But I don’t think, I will continue with walk and exercises 🙁
When the guests are at home, I can easily monitor my diet since I am at home too but I fear that all of this will go to waste when I am out with family because it is really difficult to control eating while travelling.

Well let me go back to my previous point. I was saying that I will be searching for such recipes today which I can change time and again and it should taste good at the same time. At the same time they should contain a minimum quantity of calories through which I can lose weight easily…


New Weight Loss Smoothie

I have read about a juice in which I will make some changes to make it tasty, I will be drinking that for the next 5 days during the 7 am slot.



  • 3-4 coriander leaves with the stem
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 lemon
  • ¼ teaspoon black salt
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch asafetida (hing)
  • ½ teaspoon cumin seeds (jeera)



Mix all the ingredients in a mixer except for lemon to form a fine paste. Pour this paste in a glass and fill it with lukewarm water. Squeeze lemon in it and mix it properly. Now drink it when it is still warm and do not let it cool.

This drink tastes delicious and also has many advantages.
This helps in detoxifying our body, eliminating all the wastes and toxics inside. It repairs and cleans our body from inside, which is the most important thing to be healthy.
This drink tastes so good that along with me, my husband and other family members have consumed it. Even they are going to drink this with me for the next 5 days. Let us see what happens.
