05 May Three Fun Ways to Burn More Calories and Fat
In this video we are going to talk about those 3 ways of how you can do exercises which will not exhaust you yet you can burn some calories.

Many of us do not wish to exercise because it is boring, we get exhausted and we do not enjoy at all. It is the case with many of us.
But it is not that we cannot do it. We can stay all day long in the water park to enjoy, so it all comes down to enjoyment and interest.
So the thing is simple, do those things which are interesting and can burn calories. There are a number of such things.
The first and my favorite is badminton, you would not even know when half an hour has passed.
Recall your childhood, how we used to pass our day and wait for the evening games. It has not changes completely, you just need to dedicate some time, and you can feel all the fun all over again.
And if you start having fun, which has a higher chance then you would start waiting for that half an hour all throughout the day; “when will the hours pass and when will I get to play”. I shall work sincerely now and in the evening, I am just going to play.
Not only badminton, you can play any game such as table tennis, cricket, volleyball, etc. There is no easier game than badminton; you just need some space and a partner.
And if a 60 kg person plays for 30 mins, he or she can burn around 100 calories. And if you weigh more, you will burn more calories. For example, a 90 kg person will burn around 300 calories.
The second way is my favorite too, dance – I do not know how to dance at all but like people who are bathroom singers, I am a similar kind of a dancer 😀 You start enjoying dance slowly and steadily. And if you had been fond of dance since a long time but you feel embarrassed of doing it due to weight gain then you can do it in your room where no one can watch you.
A 70 kg person burns around 150 calories through dance on an average.
The third option is cycling – Remember when we used to only roam around on our cycle during childhood; as soon as evening would set, you would go around on your cycle. You would be thinking that childhood days are different, but even if you have grown up, childhood days were the most enjoyable. We still feel enjoyment in these things. You just need to start it again.
For example, long drive has its own fun. Similarly, cycling has its own fun too. You can burn around 150 calories through cycling in 30 mins on an average speed. And if you increase your speed, you will burn more.
Just pay attention to traffic.
Other than this, you can also do swimming…
Dance, sports, cycling, all these things increase your heart rate, which gives you enjoyment slowly and steadily and you then turn into a healthy addiction. The day you miss it, you would not feel good.
It seems difficult to start but just start once and then see. You will lose weight; you will feel healthy and more confident. And you will enjoy living life slowly.
Just try it once, it has so many benefits that you would just keep on counting.
