Hello friends, I am Seema and I have lost 28 kgs of weight in a 100% natural and healthy way. I am sharing my weight loss experience with you guys through these videos.

Bloating is a common problem. Due to bloating, your belly area looks more swollen than normal. Some people face it only a few times but some people have it almost regularly.

At times we term bloating as water weight or water retention, but bloating occurs only around your belly area and water retention occurs throughout your body and makes it puffy. So both of them are quite different, and so both of them have different solutions as well.

Here we will talk only about bloating. I will be making another video soon about water retention.

The most important condition for weight loss is to have your digestive system healthy. And bloating is a digestive issue, which stops your digestive system from working in a healthy manner, and thus slows down your weight loss process.

what causes bloating

There are a number of reasons of bloating. Bloating can occur due to liver or heart disease, but it mostly occurs due to accumulation of excess gas in your stomach.

Before knowing its solution, we have to know why our stomach forms and accumulates more gas than normal. Only then, we will be clear of what steps to take.

Many people face bloating right after they have eaten, the reason might be that you would have eaten a lot of food in an instant. If it happens with you regularly then you need to reduce the quantity of your food and eat more times. This will prevent bloating.

The second reason is that you eaten your food quite quickly. We know that our digestion process begins from our mouth. And if you eat with proper chewing, less amount of air goes in to our stomach along with food.

The third reason might be, you drank a glass of water immediately after eating, which forms gas.

Other than this, if you face bloating normally then you might have an allergy to some kind of food. The most common allergies are lactose allergy which mainly occurs due to dairy products, or gluten allergy which occurs due to gluten. It is a type of protein which is mainly found in wheat.

And due to this allergy, more amount of gas forms in your stomach which causes bloating. Most of us ignore bloating, or rather these food allergies. Do not ignore them, these allergies make your digestive system unhealthy, and it makes losing weight quite difficult.

Apart from this, there are several food items which form gas such as lentils, rajma, chole. Normally it is not quite high, but some people face more gas formation due to these food items and it causes bloating.

It means that bloating is caused mainly due to food. You just need to monitor of what you are eating and whether it causes bloating or not. You do not need to stop eating that food item, just reduce the intake. And eat more amounts of vegetables.

Regular bloating also turns into constipation slowly, which is a major problem, because constipation is the biggest enemy of weight loss. The primary condition for weight loss is that your digestive system should be healthy.

Now this was about the reasons behind bloating. We will now talk about the solutions to reduce bloating.

Bloating Remedies at Home

Firstly, let us talk about the quick solutions. If you are facing the problem of bloating and it is troubling you, consume a tbsp of hing and black salt. It releases gas most of the times.

Also, you can drink ginger tea, cinnamon tea or peppermint tea when you are bloated.

Or the best option is to drink lemon juice. It will keep your digestion on point and relieve you of bloating.

And if you face regular bloating issues then you will have to make changes in your eating habits.

Specially, use hing or cinnamon or jaiphal (nutmeg) in your food, which will not create much bloating in your body after eating.
