24 Dec My Weigh Loss Journey – Hello All

My name is Seema and I am 32 years old. It has been 8 years since I got married. I have two kids, a daughter who is 7 years old and a son who is 2 years old. I weigh 90 kgs. I agree that 90 kgs is quite a huge number but my weight has increased from 62 kgs to 90 kgs in the last 10 years. I have put on 28 kgs, i.e. an increase of 45%, in just 10 years, and if this goes on, I will definitely weigh 100 kgs within 1 or 2 years.
The reason I am telling you all this lies in the fact that I have decided to lose weight from today. I had made such promises a million times in the past ten years but I did not work on it for more than 10 to 15 days. So my husband suggested me to do something different this time so that I wouldn’t leave the weight loss program in the middle like always. After thinking for a while, I finally arrived to a decision of writing a blog about my weight loss journey, in which I can keep updating about my plans and also keeps me motivated to lose weight since I am worried about what people think and judge about me. This will help a lot and I guess you guys agree to it too.
This is just a point but writing a blog has many other advantages too. If I am able to lose weight then I can keep a record of my program and others might be able to follow it too. This will be a very helpful tool for people in need like me.
I am not a writer so please do not judge my writing style while you read it. I just pen down words according to what I feel.
