Weight Loss – No Change in Weight 🙁

Today is 18th March 2016. The past two weeks had been very hectic, but at last my daughter’s exams are over. But I did manage to read some articles on weight loss. And every article indicated just one thing.


“Weight loss depends on 20% exercise, 10% lifestyle and 70% diet.”


OMG And I am doing nothing related to the diet and just exercising normally. That is the reason I am unable to lose weight.

I remember, Till date I have lost weight only once in my lifetime during my first pregnancy. I did not eat much food or drink tea and that was the reason I lost a whole of 8 kgs. I am thinking to quit eating food much and drinking tea again. Normally I eat two times a day, once in the noon at 2 pm and then dinner at 10 pm. I eat three chapattis each time but I have decided to restrict it to 2 and begin walking, exercising and pranayam again.

I’ll weigh myself again after 15 days and let’s see what changes it brings.
