Hello friends, I am Seema and I have lost 28 kgs with a 100% natural way. And I share my experience through these videos.

When it comes to weight loss, every expert asks you to quit sugar. But why? Is sugar really such a big problem? Let us talk about it.

Basically, sugar contains empty calories. 1 tbsp sugar contains 16 calories. Empty calories mean zero nutrition.

Sugar does not provide any nutrition, it only gives us energy. And we only prefer low caloric and high nutrition food during weight loss.

Along with it, sugar also has high glycemic index. It means that it can get converted into energy instantly and gives a lot of energy, and it gets stored in the form of extra fat. This also makes us hungry in lesser time. In fact, we prefer such food items which help us feel fuller for long during our weight loss so that we can consume overall fewer calories.

It means that it is not a good food option for weight loss, but it is not so worse that it can be the number 1 enemy to weight loss. So exactly, sugar is not such a big problem of its own.

The problem is with those food items which contain sugar such as sweets, ice creams, desserts, soft drinks and tea. And we all know that these high caloric food items contain very less nutrition.

That is the main problem. And we anyways know that nobody eats plain sugar. And all those food items which contain sugar are high in calories and low in nutrition. Sugar mainly increases your liver fat, which increases your waist size.

At this point, sugar forms to be one of your top enemies. That is why we need to quit food made of sugar. In simple terms, if we quit sugar then we can automatically quite food made of sugar.

That is why quitting sweets is really necessary for weight loss.

There is no problem in natural sugar such as jaggery or gud and honey, because these contain nutrients as well. So you can add these in your diet according to your caloric intake.

I hope you find these points meaningful. And if you do, please like and share this video so that more people can know about it.
