Delicious Low-Carb Cauliflower Crust Pizza

Today people are going after food which have fat and more content which is bad for health. This recipe is healthy plus have low carbohydrates perfect for you to have it at any time of your day. So lets start preparing this amazing low carb pizza.





For Crust Sauce Ingredients: Toppings
  • ½Tablespoon chopped garlic
  • ½ Large head cauliflower
  • 1 Tablespoon oregano
  • 1 Egg
  • 1- 1¼ shredded cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Nonstick spray
  • Salt
  • 5 Ounces of tomato paste
  • ½ tablespoon of sugar substitute
  • Assorted seasoning: garlic, onion powder, oregano, basil, red pepper flakes
  • Cheese
  • Onion
  • Bell pepper
  • Pepperoni




To start with
Place baking paper inside the pizza pan and pre-heat the oven at 215°C/420°F.


Preparing crust

In order to save you from using grains as you must be bored now here we are using cauliflower to prepare the crust so take the cauliflower and cut it into small pieces almost like you have chopped them but don’t make them paste. Now place the cauliflower in a covered microwave dish and allow it to cook for 7 minutes. After 7 seven minutes when it’s cooked enough, take it out and drain out the excess water if any. Now on a cheese cloth put the cauliflower and squeeze it to extract any water left in it. Now place the cauliflower in a bowl and add 2 whisked eggs in it along with the preferred seasoning with shredded cheese and Parmesan cheese. Mix it all well and spread the mixture over the per-prepared pizza pan and shape it according to your preferred size.
You can spray non stick over it to add more crust in it. Now allow it to bake for 10-15 minutes till the time we prepare the pizza sauce.

Preparing Pizza sauce

Pizza sauceMost of us already have pizza sauce at our place, but if in case you don’t have it here is the quick way to prepare one out. Add tomato paste in a bowl, add half teaspoon of sugar substitute and add all your preferred seasoning in it. Mix it well makes your pizza sauce ready to spread.
Now, as you take out the pizza crust allow it to sit for a few minutes and then spread the pizza sauce on the top of the pizza crust.



You can add and arrange the topping in your style mostly I prefer to add cheese first, then vegetables and melted cheese over it, you can try any style and any vegetables which you find interesting to eat. After adding your favorite toppings put back the pizza crust for another 10 minutes, and here it’s ready. Your cauliflower crust low carb pizza is ready to be served.

    Made this last night and it was SOOO GOOD!!! I added a bit of extra fresh spinach on top and adnioitdal sausage with the chicken for extra protein too. Next step? BACON Thanks for this great recipe!
