Now let us talk about those 3 home remedies of belly fat reduction.
The first one is – turmeric ginger cinnamon tea. Turmeric, ginger and cinnamon, all three specifically reduce fat surrounded around your liver, meaning that they directly target your belly fat. And if you mix all three spices then it forms a belly fat cutter.
Also, this tea is an amazing detox drink, which detoxifies your body, and increases your metabolism as well, which not only reduces your belly fat but burns overall fat as well.
It is really easy to prepare it. Add a piece of turmeric root and some ginger in 250 ml of water and boil it for 5 mins. Add some cinnamon and to it and boil for other 2-3 mins. Filter it in one cup thereafter. And if you are using it during summers then add some mint leaves to it.
The best time to drink is, one cup before breakfast in the morning or 30 mins before sleeping.
The second home remedy is – Low fat dahi (yogurt) mixed with cumin powder and flax seeds powder. For this, mix half teaspoon of cumin powder and half teaspoon of flax seeds powder in low fat yogurt and eat it for breakfast in the morning. This will help in reducing your belly fat.
Along with this, this food will help to improve your digestion as well, and improving digestion is really important for fat loss. If you have any problem related with digestion then do not ignore it. You can never lose weight with gas, constipation or bloating.
And this jeera- flaxseeds powder yogurt will help you in it.
The third effective remedy to lose belly fat – ACV or apple cider vinegar. Apple cider vinegar has a component known as acetic acid which reduces your blood sugar levels and reduces your appetite as well. According to a study, if you take one tbsp of ACV with your food in the morning then you will end up consuming 200 fewer calories throughout the day, and thus you will be able to reduce weight faster.
Also, it mainly helps in burning your belly fat.
Now, you do not need to incorporate all 3 remedies altogether to reduce weight. Use each remedy for 7-10 days and then change it.
