The first tip is – Your diet should below caloric and nutritious. If the amount burned by our body is more than the amount of calories we consume, then where does that extra energy or calories come from? It comes by burning the stored fat in your body. So it is advised to consume a low caloric diet to reduce fat.

But it does not mean that you stop eating or drinking at all. Eat low caloric but nutritious food, through which you can lose belly fat in a healthy way.

The second tip is – Proper use of detox drinks. Detox drinks detoxify your body, meaning that it removes all harmful toxins from your body. And so, it prepares your body for fat loss or weight loss.

If you want to reduce belly fat then make sure of this point, your stomach should always feel light. So never overeat, and if you have bloating or constipation, your weight loss process will stop.

These detox drinks will improve your digestion as well, which will reduce problems such as bloating and constipation, and you will be able to lose fat constantly.

The third tip is – Eat more vegetables. Vegetables contain high fiber content, which improves your digestion as well. Fiber also helps you to feel fuller, and you do not eat more.

And secondly, being extremely nutritious, vegetables are low in calories as well. So you need to consume at least 200 to 300 grams of vegetables daily.

The 4th tip is – Exercise regularly. Many of us tend to overuse performing crunches or any other belly fat reduction exercise. Yes, it surely helps but the benefits are fewer.

Some of us have more belly fat, some have heavier lower body and some have either the upper or full body fat. So if we cannot control the storage of fat in particular body parts then how can know of when and which body part will burn fat?

So to burn the extra fat, focus on full body workouts than the belly reduction exercises, which will help burn more calories, such as cardio, running, planks and full body strength training.

Yes, you can do belly fat reduction exercises as well, it will burn some fat too. But the main advantage of belly exercises is that it will develop belly muscles, and as soon as you will reduce fat from that area, your muscular belly will look in better shape.

The fifth tip – Increase protein intake. There are 2 main benefits of increasing protein intake. Firstly, it will reduce your cravings, and most of us have the problem of craving for food, or not being able to control on eating. Protein makes you feel satisfied, which will not allow you eat in excess.

Secondly, protein will help in building muscles and muscles burn more calories, and thus your metabolism will increase.

The sixth tip is – Make your life lighter along with your stomach. The two main reasons for belly fat are stress and sleeping less. So do not take stress and sleep for at least 7-8 hours. Only then your body will function properly and you will be able to lose belly fat.

But if you do not sleep for the entire length of the hours, your diet and exercise would by only 45% effective. So do not ignore the importance of proper sleep.

Apart from this, you need to reduce stress as much as possible. Stress increases your cravings and you end up eating high carb and high caloric food items.
