31st May 2016 – 1 more kg lost and now my weight is 85 kgs :)

My Weight – 85 kgs
Total Weight Loss – 5 Kgs


I have lost one more kg within just 5 days. Today I feel so good again. I had lost some confidence in the last 15 days but I am gaining it back strongly. I have gained a new energy and enthusiasm today. This loss of 1 kg really inspired me today and it holds an important spot in my journey…


My slightly updated diet

5.30 am – Lukewarm water with lemon

7.00 am – My special Smoothie (see recipe here)

9.30 am – Oats / Bottle gourd juice

12.00 pm – 1 chapatti + 1 glass buttermilk

2.00 pm – 1 tomato / 1 bowl curd

3.00 pm – 1 chapatti

5.30 pm – Green tea

6.30 pm – 2 biscuits (fat free)

9.30 pm – 1 cucumber + 1 tomato

When I was researching about new drinks, I felt that I had obtained a great deal of information regarding losing weight. Now everything will work out easily. But as it is said, when you have gained much more information than required, you get confused. The same thing happened with me. I have already consumed one type of juice but I also have knowledge regarding other juices which can effectively help in losing weight. I am so confused about what to start and what not to. After which I came across an article which said that you should consume a type of juice only for those number of days which is mentioned and advised, and not forever. You can then resume it again after a few days.


I have consumed this drink for 5 days and for the next month, I will be taking bottle gourd juice. Now the big problem is that I have to go out to travel with my family and my diet is going to suffer for the next 15 days. I will eat more and my schedule is going to be ruined. No exercise and no walk at all 🙁 🙁 🙁


When everything is going well, this thing is going to bother me. Now I have to take care for the next 15 days that even if I do not lose weight, I shouldn’t even gain it. I really do not want to go to the bottom when I have climbed above with hard work.
