22 Apr 22nd April 2016 – Yippee at last I lost one kilo, that too for the first time!

My weight– 89 kgs
Weight Loss – 1 Kilo
22 April- It has been 16 days of following the diet and schedule. I weighed myself today and found out that I had lost 1 kg, and now my weight is 89 kgs! Oh my god. I felt immensely happy today! It means that this diet and exercise schedule actually works.
I feel so much better now. I pushed in efforts to lose weight for the first time in my life and it paid off really well. My husband was glad too but he did not show much happiness; the reason being I do not lose on my enthusiasm. He said that do not leave this in the middle this time.
But these 15 days were like an examination to me. I did not eat sweets even once, whereas I had been to 5 parties during that period. I just had a limited amount of food during the parties. I followed my diet plan the rest of the time. My husband supported me and he too did not have any sweets during the parties, so that I might not crave for them. And by watching him, I could easily control myself. Yes I agree that there was a slight up and down in my diet plan but I followed the 85% of it sincerely as I had thought.
Now the time is to take the next test of the diet plan. I will again follow the same plan for the next 15 days. Let us see whether I am able to lose more weight or not.
